Full & Part Time Head Of School Positions Open

Apply today for the opportunity to join Upton Grange School in Slough as a Headteacher. We are seeking an experienced leader to help us continue our mission of providing outstanding education for pupils with Autism aged 5 to 11 years old.

Location: Upton Grange School, Slough, SL3 7LR

Salary: £85,000 per annum (not pro rata) plus £3000 car allowance

Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

Start Date: January 2026

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring Headteacher to lead our school. Your responsibilities will include improving academic performance, supporting students with behavioral challenges, and developing their social skills and aspirations. You will promote our ethos of 'Thinking and Learning Differently' and focus on high-quality, creative learning to maximize pupil achievement.

The role involves travel across the Hillingdon Manor group of schools (4).

Who We Are Looking For

• Dynamic leader with experience in SEN education, preferably as a Headteacher or Deputy Head
