Client Details

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive, ideally with experience working within a regulated environment, to join a prestigious Legal Business in Leeds on a permanent basis.

Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in their early stages, ensuring cases are passed to the legal team promptly with all necessary information.

Your responsibilities will include chasing documentation from clients and third parties, handling various queries via phone and email, and providing the highest level of service and support.

You will work closely with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders to stay updated on progress, confirm details, and gather required information.

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a regulated environment (sector flexibility considered)
