Customer Service Executive - Bilingual candidates only

Manchester City Centre

Salary - up to 32K

An exciting new opportunity to work with a market-leading ticket inventory aggregator has become available as their new customer service executive. Their platform serves a diverse range of customers, including event-goers, venues, and promoters, ensuring a seamless and efficient ticketing experience.

In their first full year in service, they have generated over £26 million in revenue and are looking to double that next year, with your role being integral to this growth. There’s no better time to join a business like this!

Please note that this role requires you to be able to speak English and one of the following languages:

Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian, or Arabic.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Interaction: Dealing with customer inquiries over phone, email, and live chat.
  • People Person: You'll be the first point of contact for their customers.
  • Communicate with clients outside of the UK - Bilingual/multilingual candidates only.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with their platform ticket bookings, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring all processes are handled smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years preferred.
  • Interest in events, sports, or live shows: Due to the industry of this role.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to speak English plus one of the above languages.

Salary is up to 32K, with 25 days of annual leave, bonuses, and a recently moved to an amazing new office in Manchester City Centre.
