Position Purpose:

This role provides customer service support and administrative assistance to manage all incoming customer queries and requests. You will be the first point of contact via telephone and email, working closely with support teams and branch networks to track, monitor, and resolve customer queries promptly.

Daily interactions with internal and external customers and staff will help deliver a valued customer care experience, supporting client retention and satisfaction.

Key Job Activities:
  • Provide excellent service to meet customer needs and expectations, aiming for first contact resolution.
  • Establish rapport with customers, providing accurate and timely information to build confidence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments.
  • Understand, analyze, and interpret data and customer reports.
  • Proactively update customers on their inquiries.
  • Record clear notes of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve complex inquiries, including pricing, invoice disputes, and dissatisfaction issues.
  • Identify billing credits and calculate full or partial credits as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints confidently, managing objections and ensuring resolution.
  • Escalate process issues and suggest improvements.
  • Proactively escalate unresolved queries that breach SLAs to management.
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience (EMEAA):
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Logical thinking aligned with customer demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented approach.
