*** MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect - Hybrid Contract, England ***

RED Global is currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect.

Location: Hybrid (occasional on-site travel required)

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions aligned to business goals and technical strategy
• Define and deliver the CRM roadmap in line with programme and strategic objectives
• Provide expert technical and functional guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Collaborate with systems integrators and internal stakeholders to ensure scalable and robust CRM design
• Drive integration between CRM, ERP, and GIS systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment
• Create and maintain architectural artefacts, including diagrams, high-level designs, and technical decisions
• Address pain points through effective CRM strategies and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture
• Proven track record in delivering Dynamics 365 strategies and roadmaps
• Experience in end-to-end CRM implementation projects and system integrations (e.g., ERP, GIS)
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM data models, processes, and integration capabilities
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and GIS systems integration is highly beneficial
• Experience designing complex system landscapes and leading architectural design initiatives
• Proficiency in using Power Automate for API-based integration scenarios
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to lead design governance and contribute to programme-level decision-making
