Job Description:

Benefits, Compensation & Payroll Associate Director (Senior / Head / Lead level)
Fund Administration Firm
London, City (3 days in the office, 2 WFH)
£90-115k + Package + Shares Equity
Permanent, 35 hours per week
Management of 10 - 7 headcount in benefits and 3 payroll across 22 countries; 2,000 global headcount across the organisation. Management of people in the US, Jersey & other EMEA locations. An entrepreneurial environment which needs someone who can operate in the Grey and isn't too rigid when it comes to processes. Looking for a true AD Level and someone who can think strategically, who is able to look at processes and existing procedures and challenge the status quo. Working for a firm who grow by acquisition.

  • Working as part of the senior HR leadership across the firm, reporting into the Global Head of Rewards, with a close working relationship with Group HR Director - ensuring all strategic goals of the HR team are met
  • Managing outsourced benefits brokerage, including relationship and supplier performance management
  • Experience with onboarding ADP globally across all locations, with familiarity in implementing or working with ADP systems
  • Managing a team of 10 globally (USA, Jersey, Mauritius), including performance and career development
  • Experience with transformational change and process evaluation, moving from manual, excel-based processes to automated and digital solutions
  • Supporting company growth through benefits offerings, working with stakeholders to improve employee experience for attraction and retention
  • Conducting market research and maintaining external relationships to stay competitive with industry standards, policies, and legislation
About you
  • 10+ years of experience managing benefits and payroll teams within professional or financial services firms
  • Accounting qualification or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Strategic operational experience, including implementing change and transformation
  • Proven knowledge of global processes, with recent experience managing a global team
  • Ability to work in London City offices, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home (Office days Monday & Tuesday)
  • Eligible to work in the UK - Sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Experience supporting a firm through multiple annual pay cycles
