  • Leading and developing a team of Finance clerks.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts, including senior management.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a team of 4 staff members.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
  • Managing timekeeping and attendance.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of VAT treatments.
  • Performing statement and account reconciliations.
  • Reporting on KPIs and participating in regular meetings.
Profile
  • Approach work professionally, taking ownership and responsibility, with flexibility.
  • Experience with subcontractor ledgers and VAT requirements.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
  • Methodical with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

Salary up to £32k depending on experience. Benefits include modern offices, holidays, and pension.
