A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a leading ladieswear supplier working with major high street retailers. Specialising in Soft Separates, Tailoring, and Outerwear, the company has strong offshore production links, particularly in Bangladesh. This is a great role for someone looking to build their career in wholesale fashion merchandising and gain valuable experience working across both UK customers and international factories.

As a Junior Wholesale Merchandiser, you'll support the Designers & Account Managers to help manage the critical path and ensure smooth communication between customers, the sourcing office, and factories.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in managing the critical path to ensure key deadlines are met from order to delivery
• Communicate daily with offshore sourcing offices, mills, and factories to track orders and gather updates
• Support with order placements, sample tracking, and follow-ups on lab dips and approvals
• Help maintain accurate records using internal systems and critical path software
• Liaise with Account Managers to ensure customer requirements are met and timelines are realistic
• Input and update data related to orders, delivery timelines, and production statuses
• Prepare basic cost sheets and assist in monitoring shipments
• Help produce weekly reports and liaise with internal departments to support smooth workflow
• Attend internal and customer meetings as required, providing updates and taking notes

Person Specification:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar production or merchandising support role (placement year or internship experience considered)
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Good Excel and IT skills; training on internal systems will be provided
