Admin Assistant £26,200 per annum | Full time, Permanent

We are a tech company that bundles household bills into one fixed monthly payment. Our service simplifies finances, reduces time on the phone with suppliers, and minimizes admin tasks. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and collaborative work environment, with an office located near some great pubs.

Responsibilities
  1. Open and close accounts with suppliers for tenancy start and end dates, ensuring accurate meter readings for billing.
  2. Handle inbound calls from suppliers and monitor email correspondence.
  3. Process incoming post, ensure bills are paid, and correctly allocated to packages.
  4. Audit packages to verify correct setup of utility services and identify additional information needs.
  5. Manage incoming tickets from initiation to resolution.
  6. Ensure accurate data entry and update relevant spreadsheets, tickets, and packages.
  7. Complete workload efficiently within team SLAs and KPIs.
  8. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address customer queries promptly.
  9. Produce daily productivity reports.
  10. Assist in developing and improving processes within the Customer Operations team.
  11. Work closely with suppliers to enhance relations and communication.
  12. This role will primarily focus on our Broadband team.
