About the Role

Are you ready to join a leading organisation dedicated to creating experiences for customers across the globe? With an established history and a commitment to customer experience, creativity, and cutting-edge technology, we are seeking a driven Director of Product (Data) to play a pivotal role in shaping the way data is understood and utilised across our organisation on a global scale.

As a Director of Product (Data) reporting to the SVP of Global Data, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the data product strategy. This will include the management of a talented team of Senior Data Product Managers, working cross-functionally with Technology, BI, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering to ensure alignment with the global data product strategy and the objectives of the business as a whole.

Key Responsibilities as Director of Product (Data):

• Shape the overarching vision for data-driven product offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and guiding the evolution of digital capabilities.
• Map out the development and deployment of data systems and tools, ensuring they address key priorities and support insight-led decision-making.
• Serve as a senior advisor on leveraging data products to enhance business outcomes and customer experiences.
