This is a full-time, permanent position. Our clients office is based in Farnborough, however your role will have a nationwide coverage.

A van and fuel card are provided for this position, and all travel related expenses are covered.

Conduct routine inspections of walls, flooring, ceilings, and fixtures

Perform minor repairs on doors, windows, furniture, and fittings

Maintain painting, decorating, and general upkeep of the facility

Ensure changing rooms, showers, and wet areas are properly maintained

Minor tiling work

Assist with basic plumbing where required.

Work alongside cleaning and maintenance teams to uphold hygiene standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules

Previous experience as a Fabric Technician, or related role

Experience within a commercial building

Basic plumbing, carpentry and tiling knowledge

Painting and decorating experience

Understanding of HVAC Systems

Understanding of health and safety regulations in leisure environments

NVQ Level 2 in Building Maintenance / City & Guilds in Maintenance Operations

Full UK driving licence
