OTE: GBP55,000pa

HGV Technician Job Details

• Basic Salary: GBP48,165pa
• Working Hours:
• Week 1 - Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:30
• Week 2 - Monday to Friday, 12:30 - 22:00 & Saturday, 06:00 - 11:00 (Time and a Half)

Location: Birmingham

A skilled and experienced HGV Technician/Mechanic is required for a full-time permanent vacancy.

Candidates should have prior commercial experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.

Responsibilities of an HGV Technician

• Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
• Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection
• Diagnosing vehicles using diagnostic equipment
• Maintaining good housekeeping and adhering to H&S requirements
• Completing all necessary paperwork

Skills and Qualifications

• Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
• HGV licence is an advantage
