We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Technician to join our team. The role includes creating new processes, workflows, and standards for managing as-built models, defining KPIs, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, working with Point Cloud data, and providing hands-on model updates in Autodesk Revit.

Role Requirements

The following minimum requirements will apply:

1. 5+ years’ experience in Revit model production in an AECO environment.
2. Demonstrable knowledge in model production, coordination, quality checking, and troubleshooting.
3. Experience working with Point Cloud data to verify and produce Revit models.
4. Experience in stakeholder engagement, process definition, and KPI reporting.
5. Experience with BIM360/ACC, OpenSpace, and/or NavVis Ivion is advantageous.
