To support us with the next stage of our growth, we are seeking a visionary Director of Operations to lead and inspire our operational teams, ensuring they focus on delivering and maintaining exemplary standards of person-centred care alongside achieving key financial, people, and quality indicators.
As a natural leader, you will build and maintain an inclusive culture aligned with Sanctuary’s Corporate Values. You will also represent Sanctuary at local, regional, and national levels, influencing, contributing to, and representing the sector's needs to ensure future sustainability and viability.
With a passion for business transformation, you will identify, research, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and improve operating margins while maintaining high-quality, competitive services.
Working collaboratively with Group support and operational teams, you will ensure that future strategies and services are tailored to the needs of care, reflecting industry standards and best practices.
Additionally, you will be registered as the Nominated Individual with CQC in England and CI in Scotland, ensuring the monitoring of quality standards and the implementation of risk management strategies.
