Company – Leading manufacturing business producing complex electro-mechanical products for a global customer base.
Exciting opportunity for a Project Leader with an engineering/manufacturing background to undertake a varied program-based role supporting products and key customer accounts for a critical Value Steam.
As Value Steam Project Lead you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support a complex electro-mechanical Value Steam and have accountability for specific product groups. This will include driving cost reduction initiatives, identifying and responding to producibility challenges to achieve rate and management of aftermarket implementation to support global markets.
As Project Lead you will interface internally with internal stakeholders in the value stream as well as externally with customers and will have accountability for all product group metrics including revenue forecasting and realisation, quality actions, driving forward improvements in the value stream, margin growth, on time delivery and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
