Position: Project Manager - London, United Kingdom

Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead fire systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Your responsibilities include defining project goals, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

This role offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work and presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple minor works projects under the Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
  • Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
  • Develop logistics plans to meet delivery timelines
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Lead change control processes and communicate variations
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings

Results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in fire-related projects, client-facing skills, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience managing fire systems projects
  • Delivering programs valued at £1M+ annually
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Recognized project management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
  • Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
