Recruitment Consultant

Location: Peterborough

*We cannot provide sponsorship nor hire candidates who are on PSW visas*

We have had a successful 4 months of expanding our team and are preparing to move into our new office. The environment is vibrant, with plenty of sunlight and a positive atmosphere!

I am continuing my search for potential colleagues. This process is ongoing, with a goal to have new team members join us around September.

Whether you are an experienced consultant seeking a new sector or someone aiming to enter a sales role, this opportunity focuses on the food and FMCG industry.

Role:

1. Source top-tier candidates across various disciplines within the FMCG industry, including engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, HR, commercial, or technical roles.
2. Generate and pursue leads while maintaining a pool of warm candidates to ensure our clients receive the best talent promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven sales or targeted experience (2-3 years)
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work proactively
• Genuine enthusiasm for the food/FMCG sectors (training can be provided)
