Job Opportunity
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
- Implement motivational incentive schemes and rewards.
- Ensure excellent customer service through the team.
- Coordinate with the Centre management team to monitor and improve delivery schedules and service levels.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with all standards and guidelines.
Essential Skills
