The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead (Primary Care) as part of Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway to provide professional expertise specific to the development, design and delivery of the Digital Diabetes Remission Programme. This ambitious Programme aims to register 3000 patients onto a digital diabetes remission pathway by 2028.
