Are you interested in a high-profile role that aims to improve patient outcomes across Scotland and addresses major NHS challenges? The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) invites applications for a Clinical Lead in Primary Care to support the Digital Diabetes Remission Programme. This initiative aims to enroll 3,000 patients onto a digital remission pathway by 2028, developed with Scottish clinical teams and funded by the Scottish Government.

The ideal candidate is a registered healthcare professional in primary care, capable of acting as a change agent and working with NHS Scotland's senior management. Experience with diabetes remission programs is advantageous but not essential.

This is a three-year role, initially part-time at 0.2 WTE per week, with potential reductions over time. Roles are likely regionally aligned across Scotland to facilitate program implementation.
