The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) offers an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead (Primary Care) as part of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway. This role involves providing expertise in developing, designing, and delivering the Digital Diabetes Remission Programme, which aims to register 3,000 patients onto a digital pathway by 2028. Developed collaboratively with Scottish clinical teams and supported by Scottish Government funding.
The successful candidate must be a registered healthcare professional working in Primary Care, capable of acting as a change agent and working effectively with NHS Scotland’s senior management. Prior experience with diabetes remission programmes is advantageous but not essential.
This is a three-year post, initially up to 0.2 WTE per week, with potential reduction over time. Roles will likely be regionally aligned across Scotland to support implementation.
