The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) offers an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead (Primary Care) as part of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway. This role involves providing expertise in the development, design, and delivery of the Digital Diabetes Remission Programme, which aims to register 3,000 patients onto a digital pathway by 2028. The programme is developed in collaboration with clinical teams across Scotland and is funded by the Scottish Government.
Each post is for three years, initially up to 0.2 WTE per week, with potential reduction over the programme's duration. Roles will likely be regionally aligned across Scotland to support the implementation of the Digital Diabetes Remission Pathway.
