Are you an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge or the next step in your career? Do you have experience in Industrial, Driving, Finance and Accountancy, or IT sectors, whether perms or temps?

My client is a small independent recruiter experiencing continued growth. They now offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Mansfield. The role offers hybrid working options.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, established independent agency that values work/life balance. The successful candidate can work from home one or two days per week if desired.

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Full 360 Recruitment role, supplying temporary or permanent workers in your specialist sector through business development, marketing, sales/cold calls, and networking
• Exceed sales targets and branch budgets
• Build relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs
• Account management and client servicing
• Arrange meetings with new and existing clients
• Advertise roles on online job boards to attract candidates
• Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates, and perform reference checks
• Match workers to vacancies
• Develop and grow your specialist sector desk
• Maintain autonomy over your own desk/division

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Proven business development skills
• Strong account management skills
• Successful track record in B2B sales
• Target-driven attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Articulate and enthusiastic
• Self-starter with career progression ambitions
• Minimum 12 months sales/recruitment experience
• Experience in Industrial, Logistics, Finance and Accountancy, or IT sectors preferred
• Knowledge of Mansfield/Nottinghamshire area advantageous
• Own transport is essential
