Education Recruitment Consultant - Northampton

Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission
Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 2-3 days office, 2 days remote/client visits)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:30pm (Reduced hours in school holidays)
Annual Leave: 26 days + uncapped paid leave after 2 years
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

We're seeking a motivated individual with education recruitment agency experience to join a thriving and friendly team based in stunning offices in Northampton. You'll be walking into a hot desk, meaning you can hit the ground running with established relationships and immediate opportunities.
