We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

Field Service Engineer - Full Time

45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme

Location: Livingston, UK

We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of Livingston, but you will travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.

We pride ourselves on impressing our customers and colleagues. Your role will involve multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, helping turn first-time customers into lifelong clients.

This role offers more than traditional field service work and can be very rewarding and enjoyable for the right person. Our business fosters a fun, energetic atmosphere where motivation is key.

Work hours are 45 per week, spread over 5 days out of 7. The starting salary is £28,782, with an uncapped monthly bonus often around £400 after probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock machines
• Perform preventative service visits within a designated territory
• Complete site surveys for new machine installations
• Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
• Carry out cash removals and deposits
• Perform repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
• Manage stock both on-site and in your vehicle
• Support or cover for other field engineers during holidays
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and concession partners
• Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and badge, and ensure machines are left in better condition than found
