Job summary

SUPERDRUG is hiring a part-time E-store Retail Supervisor in Banbury to lead the store and online orders, ensuring stock levels, packing, and delivering excellent service to customers on the shop floor.

You will motivate the team, monitor KPIs, and uphold health and safety standards while bringing energy to both online and in-store customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the E-store and in-store teams to achieve KPI targets and maintain high service levels.
• Ensure the store is well stocked and replenished; process online orders and pick/pack for delivery.
• Maintain health and safety standards on the shop floor and in the backroom.
• Support customers on the shop floor and provide great service with a positive attitude.

In our E-store Retail Supervisors, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too!

Your role will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for our customers, to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.

But that's not all... you'll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you're restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it's all about great service and great vibes.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
