Superdrug in London is seeking a Part-time Supervisor to support the store management with daily operations and to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help mentor team members and maintain an energetic, customer-focused atmosphere on the shop floor.

The role involves leading a small team, ensuring stock accuracy, and upholding store standards. Training will be provided for any required piercing services.

Competenze

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential).

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
