My Local Government client, based in London is looking for an Interim Learning/e-Learning Team Leader for 9-12 months.

We're seeking a skilled L&D Manager with extensive knowledge in e-Learning options, to work closely with managers across the organization to identify training needs, source relevant solutions, and provide expert recommendations. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a team of L&D Advisor to ensure the organisation is getting the best fit learning solutions across the Council.

Collaborate with managers to understand their team's training needs and objectives

Research and identify relevant training and e-learning solutions to meet those needs

Develop and present recommendations to managers, outlining available training options and benefits

Build and maintain relationships with managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective learning and development initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a related field (including e-Learning)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
