Job summary
SRG is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to join the Asset Engineering team at Wilton, with occasional support to Sedgefield and Darlington. This hands-on role focuses on fault finding, calibration and maintenance across electrical and instrumentation systems used in research, development and manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Qualified in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Engineering with relevant certification.
- Experience in electrical/instrumentation maintenance in process/manufacturing environments.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical/instrumentation systems.
- Experience with installation, calibration, preventative maintenance and plant modifications.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation assets.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime and maintain reliability.
- Calibrate instruments including pressure, temperature, level and process probes.
- Support installation, commissioning and modification of electrical/instrumentation systems.
