Job summary

Tioxide, based in the United Kingdom, seeks an Electrical and Instrument Lead (E&I) to guide the site maintenance team and drive safe, reliable operation of plant assets. The role balances planning (approx.

60%) with hands-on inspection, fault finding, commissioning and continuous improvement of asset performance. You will deliver detailed SAP work plans, coordinate with operations and contractors, and ensure compliance with EHSQ requirements and COMAH obligations.

Qualifications

• Essential electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience in chemical or heavy industry.
• Experience leading technicians or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong fault-finding and commissioning capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&E team ensuring safe, compliant maintenance.
• Develop detailed maintenance plans and SAP work orders.
• Plan and execute I&E activities during shutdowns.
• Drive reliability improvements and defect elimination.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and permits.
