Tioxide, based in the United Kingdom, seeks an Electrical and Instrument Lead (E&I) to guide the site maintenance team and drive safe, reliable operation of plant assets. The role balances planning (approx.
60%) with hands-on inspection, fault finding, commissioning and continuous improvement of asset performance. You will deliver detailed SAP work plans, coordinate with operations and contractors, and ensure compliance with EHSQ requirements and COMAH obligations.
The E&ILead is responsible for leading and developing the site Instrument and Electrical maintenance team while ensuring safe, compliant and reliable operation of plant assets. The role combines maintenance planning and frontline technical execution, with approximately 60% of time focused on planning, coordination and work preparation activities and 40% dedicated to hands‑on inspection, testing, maintenance, fault finding, commissioning and reliability improvement activities. The position plays a key role in improving asset performance, reducing plant downtime, supporting statutory compliance and delivering safe and effective maintenance execution.
