We are seeking an organised individual with exceptional communication skills to join our E-commerce Department.

Working Hours:

42.5 hours, 5 days a week, from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm. The role involves working 1 in 3 weekends, with Sunday as paid mandatory overtime.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate picking of orders based on quantity and quality requirements.
• Pack orders following high-quality standards.
• Label orders for dispatch via our carrier network partners.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Meet customer requirements in a timely, controlled, and recorded manner.
• Support our click & collect operations.

Person Specification:

• Warehouse Fulfilment: 3 years of experience required.
• Forklift Licence (required).
• Previous experience working within a Builders Merchants and familiarity with warehouse operations.
• Previous forklift or counterbalance experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player capable of working unsupervised.
• Ability to safely carry out manual handling tasks daily, including lifting and manoeuvring heavy loads.
