Job Description:

A great opportunity has arisen within Satair UK (an Airbus Service Company) to develop your career and skills.

Due to recent operational developments, a new position has been created for a FHS Warehouse Operative to lead and support our expanding FHS warehouse team near London Heathrow Airport.

This role involves working shifts as listed below. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic team environment, with knowledge of aviation logistics, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, high quality standards, 5S methodology, and at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Candidates should have knowledge of dangerous goods, known consignor, export control, health & safety, and forklift operation (VNA, counterbalance, reach truck). EASA Part 145 inspection experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent service levels, the ability to learn and develop within a team, and a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of aerospace and the aviation industry is beneficial but not essential. Your skills, experience, and abilities will be key to your success in this role.

Expected previous experience includes:

• Goods inspection of aircraft parts, quality control, and quarantine processes
• Storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Data entry for parts movement (inbound and outbound)
• Inventory management, cycle counts, and stock checks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Compliance with health & safety guidelines in a 5S-driven warehouse environment

Working Hours / Shifts:

Day shifts starting at 6 am, working 4 days on, 4 days off.

Annual leave includes 20 days plus 12 hours of holidays per year.
