Zachary Daniels is partnering with a premier premium sports retailer to recruit an E-commerce Trading Manager. Location: South West London, hybrid (3 days in office). Salary: £65,000-£75,000. The role focuses on owning online trading, search, merchandising and conversion across a headless Shopify Plus platform.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will lead a small team, shape the digital trading strategy and collaborate with Buying, Marketing and CRM to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in e-commerce trading, online merchandising or digital trading.
• Genuine hands-on expertise in search and merchandising platforms, ideally Algolia, or alternatives.
• Proven track record of improving conversion, product discovery, website performance and online revenue.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code to build automations or analyses.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of e-commerce trading performance and on-site merchandising.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with Buying, Marketing, CRM and Digital teams.
• Own online trading, promotional activity, sales, conversion and profitability.
• Identify CRO opportunities and build testing programmes to drive growth.
• Utilise Shopify Plus and headless architecture to maximise platform potential.
