Job summary

Tempur Sealy in the United Kingdom is seeking an Ecommerce Platform Specialist to manage and optimise our e-commerce platform ecosystem. You will coordinate with product, development, QA, and project teams to deliver platform enhancements and ensure governance across markets.

The role focuses on platform configurations, promotions, content assets, and site settings, with a strong emphasis on operational quality and scalable processes. Hybrid work with in-office attendance is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience with e-commerce platforms or web-based apps.
• Experience with platform integration and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with SFCC; SFMC experience is a plus.
• Ability to read code is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and operation of the e-commerce platform.
• Maintain SFCC Business Manager configurations and governance.
• Configure promotions, campaigns, content assets, and customer groups.
• Coordinate platform clean-up and optimisation initiatives.
• Investigate platform issues and coordinate resolution with teams.
