Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking an Ecommerce Platform Specialist to support day-to-day operation, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform ecosystem. You will coordinate between business and technology teams across markets to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with platform administration, configuration management, or functional support activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is highly desirable; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand code.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and operation of the e-commerce platform.
• Maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager configurations and governance standards.
• Configure promotions, campaigns, content assets, customer groups, source codes, sorting rules, site preferences, and other platform settings.
• Regularly review platform configurations and identify obsolete, duplicate, or unused assets and settings.
• Coordinate platform clean-up and optimisation initiatives to maintain a scalable and organised platform environment.
• Investigate platform issues and coordinate resolution with development teams and external vendors.
• Monitor platform health and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Maintain platform documentation, configuration guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Promote consistency, governance, and best practices across platform usage.
• Contribute to the successful operation and evolution of the e-commerce platform landscape.
