Job summary

Centre People Appointments is recruiting an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day online activities and lead the UK/European growth. The role focuses on hands-on management of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Shopify, plus content, pricing and customer support in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of platform experience, strong e-commerce knowledge, and English proficiency with German or French as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and/or Shopify.
• Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce operations.
• Experience launching or expanding e-commerce operations in a startup environment.
• Experience in a new subsidiary is preferred.
• Business-level English; German and/or French desired.
• Proactive, adaptable, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Manage and improve Amazon and Shopify platforms.
• Maintain product listings, content, pricing, and marketplace performance.
• Handle customer support across Amazon and the D2C site.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
• Support UK and European online business launch and growth.
• Liaise with partners and service providers as needed.
• Take on evolving responsibilities as the business grows.
