Job summary

POP MART UK LIMITED is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser, E-commerce Business Planning Intern in London. This part-time fixed-term role supports the team with product planning, inventory management and online launches, gaining hands-on experience across merchandising, e-commerce and data reporting.

You will track sales and stock, prepare simple reports, learn Excel and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Studying towards, or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Economics, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related subject.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce & Merchandising: Track product sales and stock levels.
• Assist with product launches and maintain the e‑commerce product calendar.
• Monitor product availability across online channels.
• Assist with product and assortment planning.
• Support the team with simple sales and inventory analysis.
