Job summary

Anthropologie Europe is seeking an Assistant Planner/Merchandiser to join our Home Office in London. The role aims to maximise sales and profit by developing sound merchandise plans that support Sales, full-price sell-through, stock turn and margin.

You will generate channel and attributes analysis to inform buying decisions across Retail and Direct channels, manage the Assortment Plan data, and collaborate with planners and buyers to optimise in-season trading and stock flows.

Responsibilities

• Channel Analysis to support buying decisions across total business and channels.
• Attributes Analysis for style, product type, price and colour.
• Assortment Plan ownership and weekly review of key changes.
• Option Planning with Planner/Merchandiser to shape future assortments.
• Trading & Margar to support in-season trading and protect margins.
• Stock & Line Flows management and delivery coordination.
• Inventory & Markdown Strategy planning based on sell-through data.
• Markdown Budgeting and reporting for sign-off.
• Team Leadership including mentoring an allocator and strategy development.
• Process Improvement to implement new systems and processes.
