Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management within a DTC or omnichannel retail environment.
  • Hands-on platform experience with Shopify, Magento, etc.
  • Strong expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and UX best practices.

Description

Leading the way in electric vehicle charging, we've been at the forefront of adoption in the UK since 2009. With over 250,000 charge points installed so far, out of a total of 1 million in the UK, we make EV ownership simple and affordable.

Compensation: £75,000 - £85,000 / year

Ways of Working

We value flexibility, community, and work-life balance with a hybrid model, working from our London office 8-12 days per month. Applicants should be within a reasonable commute to Gray's Inn Road, London.

Role Overview

You will lead Pod’s online sales expansion by optimizing digital experiences and conversion rates across e-commerce channels, ensuring effective store operation, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue, attract, and retain customers.
  • Site Experience & Conversion Optimization: Enhancing the e-commerce platform for a seamless, high-converting user experience using CRO best practices and A/B testing.
  • Digital Trading & Merchandising: Managing daily trading activities including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize sales.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Technology & Platform Management: Overseeing the operation and integration of e-commerce tools and platforms.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in e-commerce management within a DTC or omnichannel retail environment, with strong commercial acumen, hands-on platform experience (Shopify, Magento, etc.), and expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and UX best practices.
