Job summary

Footpatrol is seeking a Digital Optimisation Executive to support the Digital Content Manager and Head of Content across UK and international Shopify sites. You will focus on data-driven content management, site improvements and campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

Collaborating with Digital, Trade, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising, you will help shape content experiences and optimise customer journeys across devices and markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in e-commerce, digital content, digital trading or related digital role.
• Good analytical skills and an interest in using data to inform decisions.
• Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and content's role in engagement and conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day content management and optimisation of UK & international websites for a consistent customer experience.
• Coordinate and execute campaigns, launches, landing pages and brand pages on time.
• Work with Trade, Marketing and Merchandising to align content with commercial plans.
• Identify opportunities or tests to improve engagement, product discovery, conversion and sales.
• Support delivery of creative across the digital content estate from brief to execution.
