Location: Central Manchester, Head Office Based

Brand: D2C - Basketball brand, the legendary AND1 basketball brand is back

Role: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU

Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party developers, optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches, align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities
  • Digital Marketing & Paid Social: Plan, launch & optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), run A/B tests, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, monitor metrics, deliver insights, manage budgets, collaborate with creative/content teams, deliver performance reports & sales forecasts, manage marketing calendar and online trading budget, track trends
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams, ensure site readiness for key launches and promos

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in sportswear or footwear
  • Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest
  • Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
  • Strong performance marketing mindset (ROI, conversions, CPL)
