Screwfix is seeking a Digital Campaign Planner to join our E-Commerce team, supporting the delivery of campaigns and content across our UK & Ireland websites and app. You will coordinate creative assets, upload content and ensure campaigns are accurate and ready to go live.

You will work with Marketing, Commercial, Design and Digital to ensure the right content reaches customers at the right time, optimizing across homepages and pages with accessibility in mind.

Qualifications

• Previous e-commerce experience.
• Analytical and data driven approach.
• ContentSquare experience.
• Bloomreach experience.
• GA4 experience preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to motivate and influence others.
• People management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of all digital content across UK & IE digital platforms including the App.
• Assist in managing homepage, landing pages and general help pages, ensuring optimisation for conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with Commercial Planning, Design, Marketing and Digital teams to communicate content plans.
• Ensure briefs and design assets consider accessibility for Mobile and Desktop.
• Support Digital Trading with product/category content across all platforms.
• Upload merchandising banners across UK, IE and App platforms.
• Contribute to test and learn via A/B testing to maximise customer experience.
• Build briefs translating digital requirements from customer insights.
• Execute content changes to align with the customer plan.
• Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders.
