Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Digital Campaign Planner to join our E‑Commerce team. You’ll support campaign delivery and content across UK and Ireland websites and the Screwfix app, coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, Design and Digital teams to ensure timely, accurate content.

You’ll help upload assets, manage homepage and landing page content, and optimise for conversions while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous ecommerce experience is required.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to work.
• Experience with ContentSquare, Bloomreach and GA4 is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of all digital content across UK & IE platforms including the App.
• Assist in managing homepage, landing and help pages to optimise for conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with Commercial Planning, Design, Marketing and Digital teams for clear content plans.
• Ensure briefs, design assets and executions meet accessibility guidelines for mobile and desktop.
• Support Digital Trading with content delivery across platforms, prioritising high-value items.
• Upload content-related merchandising banners across UK, IE and App platforms.
• Contribute to A/B testing of content to maximise customer experience.
• Translate digital requirements into briefs using customer insights.
• Execute content changes on time aligned to the customer plan.
