Job summary

twentytwentyone, a London-based design retailer, is seeking an E-Commerce Content Assistant to join the busy e-commerce team. You will manage product content, ensure SEO-friendly copy, and support visual merchandising and stock management in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires excellent written English, copywriting experience, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify. On-site, Monday to Friday, 9.15am–5.45pm, River Street showroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with copywriting experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Shopify or a similar CMS.
• Experience in ecommerce content and product catalog management.
• Interest or experience in design is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Upload new product ranges with SEO-friendly, informative copy to improve visibility and traffic.
• Maintain accuracy of the online catalogue, monitor stock levels and deliveries, and implement new pricelists.
• Assist in visual merchandising of collections and edits.
• Provide strong communication between customers, suppliers and colleagues regarding orders and inquiries.
• Support the Customer Services team and respond to customer emails, queries and complaints.
