Job summary

twentytwentyone is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Content Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on content creation, administration of the online catalogue, and collaboration across departments to maintain accurate, SEO-friendly copy.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, on-site at the River Street showroom, Monday to Friday, with strong emphasis on copywriting, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced design retail environment.

Qualifications

• Copywriting experience is essential.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are required.
• Familiarity with Shopify or a similar CMS is desirable.
• Excellent written English is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Upload new product ranges with SEO-friendly copy to improve visibility and drive traffic.
• Maintain accuracy of the online catalogue, monitor stock levels and deliveries, and implement new pricelists.
• Assist in visual merchandising of collections and edits.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues about orders and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
