Job summary

SEVENSTORE is seeking an Ecommerce Content Creator to craft accurate, SEO-friendly product descriptions that reflect our brand tone. You will manage product uploads, restocks and launches, while supporting category copy updates for improved visibility and performance.

Collaborating with Creative, Buying and Merchandising teams, you will help ensure consistent product information across the site and contribute to on-site merchandising and collection builds.

Qualifications

• Strong brand-aligned copywriting for product descriptions.
• Ability to write concise and longer-form copy with SEO in mind.
• Experience supporting ecommerce content and onboarding processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions reflecting SEVENSTORE’s brand tone and product detail
• Manage uploads of new products, launches, and restocks within agreed timelines
• Support category and collection copy updates to maximise visibility and organic performance
• Complete daily site checks and identify and elevate issues such as incorrect pricing, imagery, descriptions, or broken links
• Support Ecommerce Executive with onsite updates for trade, promotions, and brand and product launches
• Ensure product information is consistent and accurate across the website
• Assist with basic onsite merchandising, including brand and category page visual merchandising and collection builds
• Work with Creative, Buying, and Merchandising teams to support product onboarding
• Assist with ad hoc ecommerce tasks and projects
