A leading company in the UK is seeking an E-Commerce Category Growth Manager to drive strategic growth within the Fashion category. The role involves leading a team, influencing stakeholders, and analyzing trading performance to optimize results. About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our E-Commerce Growth Team within the Fashion Category on a secondment/fixed-term contract.
We are looking for an experienced, commercial, and customer-focused individual with knowledge of operating in an E-Commerce trading environment, including experience in people management and influencing internal stakeholders.
You will lead and develop your E-Commerce trading team, set the strategic direction, and identify growth needs for your category. You will influence stakeholders to achieve commercial targets and collaborate with teams in Commercial, Customer, Content & Operations, and Optimisation & Product to execute these strategies.
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until August 2026
Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, allowing a mix of office and home-based work based on personal needs and business requirements. The team aims for up to 2 days a week in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Location: This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities in trading performance, and providing analysis and recommendations based on previous trading data to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
As E-Commerce Category Growth Manager, you will use your functional knowledge to influence decision-making and prioritization across Commercial, Digital, and Customer teams. You will lead your team to monitor performance and external benchmarks, ensuring risks and opportunities are highlighted to stakeholders to improve assortment, pricing, on-site customer journeys, and marketing activities.
