Job summary

Our growing client, on the outskirts of Peterborough, is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant for a full-time permanent role, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will support a busy team manager, deal with inbound sales enquiries, manage customer accounts, arrange shipments, update stock records and place stock orders, handle calls and emails, support social media marketing and online promotions, and may attend events/trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce/ marketplace / online trading.
• Experience in a commercial / sales support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literacy in MS Office and ability to learn other systems.

Responsibilities

• Deal with inbound sales enquiries.
• Manage existing customer accounts.
• Arrange shipments and update stock records, place stock orders.
• Handle telephone calls and emails.
• Support social media marketing and online promotional content.
