Job summary

WRK digital is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to join the Customer Engagement Platform team at Skipton Building Society. You will lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 delivery from design to deployment, building scalable solutions and automations that improve member experiences.

You will design Dataverse models, implement robust integrations using Azure Functions and Service Bus, and champion ALM practices with CI/CD using Power Platform Build Tools and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and security.
• Experience designing robust integration patterns and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics delivery across the platform.
• Plan and build Dataverse solutions (tables, forms, views, model-driven apps).
• Define and implement integrations with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management; ensure observability.
